PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent flickering of sunlight coming in from an upper opening of a semi-underground road, and maintain ventilating performance of the upper opening.SOLUTION: An upper light collection structure covers upper openings 5 installed continuously on a top slab 2 of a semi-underground road 1, leaving a prescribed interval. A light collection panel 10 is fit into a frame that retains a curved surface, for securing a prescribed ventilation space above each of the upper openings 5, the light collection panel having a film stretched thereon, the film having a visible light transmittance of 5 to 50% and a haze value of 80% or more. Thus, outdoor light is introduced uniformly from the upper openings 5, thereby preventing flickering in the semi-underground road 1 and maintaining ventilation efficiency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
