Abstract:
To damp and absorb vibration transmitted from a tire etc. to a rod of an active damper in a state where large controlling force acting in a rod axial direction is applied to the rod regardless of a frequency of the vibration.SOLUTION: An upper mount for an active damper includes: an inner member 11 to which an upper end part of a rod 22 of an active damper 21 is fixed; an intermediate member 12 which encloses the inner member in a circumferential direction around a rod axis O; an outer member 13 which encloses the intermediate member in the circumferential direction and is attached to the vehicle body side; a first elastic body 14 which is disposed between the inner member and the intermediate member and supports the inner member and the intermediate member in a manner that the inner member and the intermediate member can be elastically displaced relative to each other; and a second elastic body 15 which is disposed between the intermediate member and the outer member and supports the intermediate member and the outer member in a manner that the intermediate member and the outer member can be elastically deformed relative to each other. The first elastic body is formed by a first rubber material having a static spring constant higher than a second rubber material forming the second elastic body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
