To provide an upper mount allowing integration of a seat rubber, a guide bracket, and a bump stopper into one component, and preventing drop-out of the bump stopper.

The guide bracket 6 is made of metal or resin, and its peripheral surface is equipped with: cylindrical parts 61, 62 guiding a coil spring 1; and a bottom part 64 with holes 64b, 64d with opening areas smaller than the lower end opening areas of the cylindrical parts 61, 62, that are arranged integrally with the cylindrical parts 61, 62 so as to block the lower end of the cylindrical parts 61, 62. The seat rubber 7 is bonded to the upper end peripheral side of the cylindrical part 61 by integral vulcanizing and molding, and the bump stopper 8 is bonded to the lower face of the bottom part 64 by the integral vulcanizing and molding. Integration members 9, 10 are made of a material of the same kind as that of the bump stopper 8, and bonded to the face on the opposite side of the bump stopper 8 in the bottom part 64 or to the inner peripheral faces of the cylindrical parts 61, 62 by the integral vulcanizing and molding, and moreover, vulcanized and molded integrally with the bump stopper 8 via the holes 64b, 64d of the bottom part 64.
