To carry an upper opening part covering pallet to a prescribed place while placing snow as it is, and simultaneously perform opening-closing work and snow removing work by forming a truss structure of an outer frame body and an intermediate frame member, and hanging up the pallet covered with a snow load resistant covering member by a hanging-up part positioned on a center-of-gravity line of the outer frame body.

A pallet 1 is composed of outer frames 2, 2,... to form a rectangular outer frame body 20, intermediate frames 3, 3,... obliquely joined to corner parts to which these outer frames are joined, a central joining member 4 to join these intermediate frames on a center-of-gravity line of the outer frame body 20, a sheet 5 to cover the whole outer frame body 20 or the like. A sheet of a construction material which has light transmissivity and waterproof property and can endure a certain degree of snow load, is used as the sheet 5. The central joining member can hang up an upper opening part covering pallet by a hanging-up part provided so as to be positioned on a center-of-gravity line of the outer frame body, and opening-closing work can be more easily performed than a fixed type cover, and snow removing work can also be simultaneously performed.
