PURPOSE: To quickly clean the waste fluid draining system of a washing machine by stretching a wire net facing a footboard over a frame body and placing a filter of combustible paper in a removable state.

CONSTITUTION: A filter 5 is placed on a wire net 3 on a frame body 4 and the filter 5 is kept by a filter press 6. The frame body 4 is moved onto a footboard 2 through a roller 13 and housed inside an underframe 14. Then the drain pipe of a washing machine 1 is connected to the inlet 8 of a drain trough 9 through the inlet 8. The waste fluid of the washing machine 1 is distributed and flows into the frame body 4 from outlets formed in the side and bottom surfaces of the trough 9. Since side walls 15 are provided around the frame body 4, flowing out of the waste fluid to the outside is prevented by the walls 15. The waste fluid passes through the filter 5 and footboard 2 leaving foreign matters, such as waste pieces of thread, helmets, etc., on the filter 5. When the filter 5 is periodically exchanged, a metal piece, etc., can be recovered easily.
