The outer metal fitting 20 in the upper support is composed of the vertically mutually superposed upper metal fitting 20-1 and lower metal fitting 20-2. The lower metal fitting 20-2 is made of an aluminum alloy, and has a plurality of fixing parts 64 positioned in the peripheral direction respectively corresponding to an upper bolt hole 56 of the upper metal fitting 20-1 and extending by projecting in the radial direction. A part in the peripheral direction between the fixing part 64 and the fixing part 64 is formed as a space as a whole, and is caulked and fixed to the upper metal fitting 20-1 by a fastening bolt 68 in the fixing part 64.
