A combustion promoting plate portion 30 is provided, which is formed with a lower end edge 32 while keeping a space from a bottom surface 17 of the combustion space, has a large number of through-holes 31, and promotes combustion by being heated. The exhaust port 21 is provided on a rear part side of the top plate portion 2a of the combustion space, a back surface portion 2cb which is a rear part side of the peripheral body portion 2c is provided so as to tilt backward. Therefore, the exhaust port 21 is positioned above a tilting surface of the back surface portion 2cf.
