Abstract:
To provide a method and apparatus of carrying deep water up to near the water surface and dissolving carbon dioxide in the water.
A cylindrical body of which both ends are open is installed vertically so that its upper end is located near the water surface in the water and its lower end is located deeper in the water. The cylindrical body has a nozzle installed through its wall at its intermediate position and an outside pipe connected to the nozzle. The carbon dioxide supplied to the inside of the cylindrical body from the pipe and nozzle drives the water sucked from the lower end to the upper end of the cylindrical body making use of its rising flow and is also mixed with and dissolved in the water.
