NEW MATERIAL:An urea derivative of formula I [A is NR1R2 (R1 is H, alkyl, alkoxy; R2 is alkyl, alkenyl, 4-morpholyl, phenyl, carbamoyl, 5 or 6-membered heterocyclic group or benzo-condensed group thereof, cyclic amino such as piperidyl)].
EXAMPLE: 3-(5,6,7,8-Tetrahydro-1-naphthyl)-1,1-diethylurea.
USE: A pest-controlling agent.
PREPARATION: For example, a compound of formula II is reacted with a compound of formula III to provide the compound of formula I.
