PURPOSE: To obtain the title waterproof material with improved miscibility and coating workability by incorporating the curing agent with a hydroxyl group-terminated specific compound to effect viscosity drop and prevent the precipitation of the inorganic filler.
CONSTITUTION: In the objective urethane-based waterproof material consisting of a main agent and a curing agent, the curing agent is incorporated with 0.05W5wt%, based on the total weight of said curing agent, of a compound of the formula (P is a group produced by eliminating the hydroxyl-groups consumed in the formation of urethane linkage, from a polyetherpolyol having an average molecular weight of 3,000W30,000, 2W8 terminal hydroxyl groups, and an ethylene oxide chain content of 5W50%; U is an urethane linkage; T is a group produced by eliminating the isocyanate grops consumed in the formation of urethane linkage, from an organic diiso-cyanate; n is 0W10).
