Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a urethane hot-melt film holding fast to flexibility, elasticity, moisture permeability, cold resistance, bending resistance or toughness and generating high interlamainar strength at the time of the lamination to a fabric or a foamed sheet under heating without damaging the characteristics originally possessed by the fabric or the foamed sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A urethane hot-melt film consists of both outer layers composed of a thermoplastic polyurethane resin (A) with outflow start temp. of 150°C or lower and a core layer composed of a thermoplastic polyurethane resin (B) having outflow start temp. higher than that of the thermoplastic polyurethane resin (A) used in both outer layers by 20-100°C.
