PURPOSE: To provide the subject adhesive containing a thermoplastic polyester polyurethane rubber, a specific graft copolymer and an organic solvent, exhibiting excellent adhesive power to polyolefins without using pretreatment and having high cohesive force in hot state.
CONSTITUTION: The objective adhesive is composed of (A) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic polyester polyurethane rubber, (B) 5-50 pts.wt. (preferable 10-50 pts.wt.) of a graft copolymer composed of polyethylene main chain, polyester side chain bonded to the main chain with an ester bond and a monoisocyanate compound bonded to the terminal hydroxyl group or carboxyl group of said side chain and (C) an organic solvent such as toluene, methylene chloride, cyclohexane or acetone.
