Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the process and to prevent urethane separation by installing a urethane ring having U-shaped cross section so that it may cover the peripheral surface and the side periphery face of an outside wheel and constituting so that it may be fastened without using adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A urethane ring 5 is so formed as to have U-shaped cross section to that it may cover the peripheral surface 7 and the both side periphery faces 8 of an outside wheel 1. This urethane ring 5 is installed on the outside wheel 1 and fastened with adhesive. By this constitution, the thickness H in the radial direction of the outside wheel 1 becomes large and the area of the side periphery face 8 becomes large, so the adhesion with the outside wheel 1 of the urethane ring 5 is improved and the urethane ring 5 can be prevented from falling off.
