PURPOSE: To attain safe and sure urgency information by connecting between a pendant carried by a resident and a radio equipment through radio waves and connecting a transmitter and a receiver carried by a residence custodian with a transmission part and the radio equipment through radio waves.

CONSTITUTION: A network is formed by wires through the rooms of a resident M, a common part such as garden and passages and a custodian's room in which the custodian M' exists and an interphone 4 connected to various switches and a radio equipment 6A capable of transmitting/receiving signals through radio waves are set up in the room. Plural dispersion type radio equipments 6B,, 6C capable of transmitting/ receiving signals through radio waves are set up in the common part. An integrated display board 11 and an information display board 10 are arranged in the custodian's room, so that information can be automatically applied to the resident M and the resident M is allowed to carry a pendant 1 for automatically generating information at the time of emergency. The custodian M' is allowed to carry a receiver 15 displaying a resident generating information and his position and a transmitter 16 capable of sending a check signal. Consequently, the resident M can generate information from any position and the manager also can generate information in any position.
