Abstract:
To select a customer who owns an equipment machine capable of substituting for production, and who is able to carry out alternative production, and to make an ordering inquiry when it is judged that an equipment machine which has broken down is not early recoverable.
When it is judged that it is impossible to carry out scheduled production due to the failure of any equipment machine in a system for supporting the customers of equipment machines, an alternative equipment machine is retrieved from the other customers, and the customer who is able to carry out alternative production is selected, and ordering inquiry information is transmitted to the selected customer.
