A urination treatment method includes: a first clarification process in which urination is collected to be introduced to a first treatment tank with an EM bacterium, agitated by a water ejector pump to disperse a bubble flow, and the EM bacterium is grown to progress initial clarification of urine; a second clarification process in which the initial clarification urine and float sludge in the tank are introduced to a second treatment tank, agitated by a water ejector pump to disperse a bubble flow, and the EM bacterium is grown to progress a final clarification of urine; and a clarification urine discharge process in which introduction of the initial clarification urine and the water ejector pump of the second treatment tank are temporarily stopped, and final clarification urine is discharged.
