The urine absorbent pad is provided with double-sided pile fabric 2 disposed on a skin surface side 1 where urine is to be released and a water repellent material 5 on a back surface side 4 in which pile fabric 3 is laminated on the inner side, and the pile fabric is composed of water holding fibers. The insertion port 10 of a water holding body 9 for absorbing the released urine is provided, and also the water holding body 9 is housed between the double-sided pile fabric 2 on the skin surface side 1 and the pile fabric 3 laminated on the inner side of the water repellent material 5 on the back surface side 4. It is also possible to adjust the water holding amount of the water holding body 9 corresponding to the amount of urine leakage and house it.
