To provide a unique urn capable of preventing penetration of moisture into the urn from outside for long time as much as possible without generating deterioration with age, having the sense of weightiness, dignity and luxury in the outside appearance, and capable of expressing emotion of the deceased for the bereaved as a special one or special feeling of the bereaved for the deceased.

The urn is composed of an urn body with an upper opening, which represents a cube shape in the outside appearance composed of a processed stone material and which has a bone storage part formed inside; and a lid made of the same stone material to cover the upper opening of the urn body. Letters, the image of the deceased, figures or the like are engraved on the outer surface of the urn body and/or the front surface of the lid by means of the laser engraving.
