PURPOSE: To increase the running life in an emergency running by cooling the shoulder and the side wall of a tire with a coolant every time in a specific emergency running distance or in a specific emergency running time.

CONSTITUTION: A side wall 6 and a shoulder 5 provided with a a reinforced rubber 7, whose total thickness is made even, are cooled with a coolant such as carbonic acid gas or the water from the outer surface side, every time of a preset specific emergency running distance or emergency running time, in the relation of the calorific value under the running condition at the tire inner pressure zero. As a result, the shoulder 5 and the side wall 6 are prevented from heating to loose the elasticity, a damage of tire and a reduction of load holding capacity are prevented, and a secure running of the vehicle to the destination can be carried out.
