To obtain an agent effective for relaxing or deshrinking the skin or subcutaneous tissue and useful for the beautifying treatment of wrinkle and crease by including a specific inhibitor.

A calcium channel inhibitor (e.g. verapamil and calcium complexing agent) is included in an agent composition in an amount of preferably 0.0001-10% based on the total weight of the composition. The composition may contain a medium compatible with skin and take the form of dispersed liquid, aerosol, emulsion, gel, etc. In the case of the emulsion, the ratio of the fat phase is preferably 5-80% based on the total weight and the emulsion is incorporated with a fatty substance (e.g. petrolatum and cetyl alcohol), an emulsifier, an adjuvant and an activation agent (e.g. glycolic acid and retinoic acid).
