To make it possible to use a chemical product having a structure with a base of a grafted fluoropolymer in storage and transportation.

This relates to the use of a chemical product having a structure of an inner layer contacting a fluid body to be stored or transported comprising a fluoropolymer obtained by grafting an unsaturated monomer by irradiation and a polyolefin outer layer directly attached to the inner layer in the storage and transportation. It is possible to have a fluoropolymer (e.g. PVDF) layer near a radiation grafted fluoropolymer. This structure is provided with a center layer composed of the radiation grafted fluoropolymer, the polyolefin outer layer directly attached to the center layer, and the polyolefin inner layer. Instead of the radiation grafted fluoropolymer layer, a layer obtained by mixing the radiation grafted fluoropolymer and the fluoropolymer (PVDF) can be used.
