Abstract:

To treat various disorders or diseases related to activity of JAK, JNK, CDK and ZAP-70.

The invention provides compounds of formula I and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, pharmaceutically acceptable compositions containing the compounds and a method of treating various protein kinase-mediated disorders by using those compounds and compositions. The followings are discovered: the compounds and the pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof are effective as JAK, JNK, CDK and ZAP-70 protein kinase inhibitors. In certain embodiments, the compounds are effective as JAK, JNK. CDK and ZAP-70 protein kinase inhibitors.
