Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the use of a nonwoven fabric that comprises a continuous filament to prevent feather from blowing out of a textile product filled with feather.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for using a nonwoven fabric in a textile product, the nonwoven fabric is obtained by a mechanical bonding such as a fluid jet bonding of a fleece without a thermal or chemical bonding, the fleece is made of a continuous filament that is obtained by dividing a multi-component fiber and has a fineness of less than 0.15 dtex, preferably less than 0.12 dtex and more preferably less than 0.075 dtex. In the method for using a nonwoven fabric, the nonwoven fabric has a basis weight of 70-200 g/m, preferably 90-150 g/m. The multi-component fiber is preferably a bi-component fiber. The components are preferably selected from polyester, polyamide, polyolefin and/or polyurethane. More preferably, the bi-component fiber is composed of polyester and polyamide.SELECTED DRAWING: None
