This use environment providing method provides a user with the use environment for contents and receives contents which should be managed by the management subject of the specific Web site as a link source to a server system from the management subject and registers them in a database. At a request for access sent from a client-system side user, it is decided whether or not the access is allowed and when it is decided that the user attains access through the specific Web site, the access from the user is allowed, thereby providing the user with the use environment for the registered contents.
