Abstract:
To provide a use method of a discharge device having a pipette with a filter, by which liquid beyond the filter is easily discharged when the liquid is discharged by the pipette with the filter.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method for separating target substance in liquid, which includes: an adsorption step in which liquid is sucked into a pipette with a filter and discharged; a cleaning step in which a cleaning solution is sucked into the pipette with the filter and discharged for cleaning; and an elution step in which the eluant is sucked into the pipette with the filter and discharged for cleaning. In the adsorption step, a use method of a discharge device having the pipette with the filter, by which air is preliminarily sucked, the liquid is sucked and the liquid is discharged, is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
