To provide a waste paper-treating apparatus which can change the size for cutting the leaves of reclaimed paper without accompanying a temporary stop during the operation of the reclaiming treatment and can change the paper-receiving tray of a paper-receiving device.
The waste paper-treating apparatus is characterized in that a cutting portion 42 includes the first conveyance system 421, the second conveyance system 422, and the third conveyance system 423 which are sequentially arranged from the upstream side to the downstream side in the reclaimed paper-conveying direction and can be controlled to different conveyance speeds, respectively, and a cutter device 424 arranged between the second conveyance system 422 and the third conveyance system 423 to cut the reclaimed paper in a width direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction, and a slitter device 500 has the first slitter unit 501 and the second slitter unit 502 which cut both the lateral sides of the reclaimed paper, respectively, and can relatively be access-moved or separation-moved on the lateral side of the reclaimed paper.
