Thus, the used paper-treating apparatus is disposed in a room in which the used paper UP is produced, and the used paper UP is disintegrated and treated in the pulp-producing portion 2. Thereby, the leakage/outflow of confidential information and private information described on the used paper UP can efficiently be prevented, and the used paper pulp UPP is further processed in the paper-making portion 3 to produce the reclaimed paper RP.
