Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the opportunity of an illegal use, by confirming a user by inquiring an item self-evident to a user principal. CONSTITUTION:An individual information registering/taking out means 1 performs the registration of an individual information record on an individual information file 5, and the deletion of the individual information record from the individual information file 5, by an instruction from an individual information registering/deleting console 8. An individual information taking out means 2 decides a take-out record number based on a flow chart to decide the individual information record, and after deciding the take-out record number, takes out the individual information record 6 of a decided record number, from the individual information file 5. An individual information inquiring means 3 outputs the individual information asking part of the individual information record to a user console 9, and inputs individual information responding information 7. An individual information comparing means 4 compares the individual information responding information 7 inputted at the individual information inquiring means 3, with the individual information responding part of the individual information record taken out at the individual information taking out means 2, and when they coincide, the user is confirmed as the user principal.
