An operation information acquiring section 20 acquires operation information which characterizes processing operation performed by user input. An operation information analysis section 22 analyzes relativity between the input operation information and operation information accumulated in the past, obtains input conditions on which user input is performed on a certain processing operation, and stores the input conditions in an input condition storage device 34. A monitoring section 28 detects the timing which meets the input conditions obtained according to analysis procedure, and a notifying section 26 gives a notice to urge user input on this processing operation, that is, user input in the future is urged based on the operation information acquired in the past.
