A list production part 1 produces a list file where the names of jobs outputted from a prescribed user are described in sequence, and a job transfer part 4 adds the job corresponding to the first job name of the list file into a queue. Meanwhile, a description adding part 3 carries out the designated description to be deleted when the corresponding processing is over to delete the name corresponding to the relevant job and carries out the next designated description to be transferred. Then the job corresponding to the first job name of the list file is added into the queue after the relevant job name is deleted. As a result, the jobs are added in sequence into the queue in the order of job names described in the list file one by one.
