A user support system 10 includes a user support device 12 and a user support surface 14 or a mattress 14 which is supported on the user support device 12. The use support device 12 includes a lower frame 16, a support part 18 connected to the lower frame 16 or a lift mechanism 18, and an upper frame 20 supported by support part 18 on the lower frame 16 to be movable. The lift mechanism 18 lifts the upper frame 20 to the lower frame 16, and is configured to move the upper frame 20 in many directions of a Trendelenburg's position and a reverse Trendelenburg's position or the like.
