This utensil height adjusting device is characterized in that: a female screw hole 7f is formed at either of an upper A side and a lower B side in a use state at the lower part of an utensil and a fitting hole 7g is formed at the other of the sides; the holes are made to coaxially communicate with each other; the height adjusting member 9 is coaxially and integrally formed with a male screw 9a and a fitting part 9b; the male screw 9a is screwed into the female screw hole 7f; the fitting part 9b is fit into the fitting hole 7g; and the wheel 6c is arranged below the height adjusting member 9.
