The utensil set for specimen examination comprises: a culture container 13 for each individual specimen and a culture solution to be held in, wherein the bottom surface of the container 13 is provided with one or more first areas treated to improve the adhesion of the specimen in question and one or more second areas treated to lower the adhesion of the specimen in question; and, in such a state that the specimen and the culture solution are held in the culture container, a micro chamber 14 array comprising one or more first micro chambers covering the first area(s) and one or more second micro chambers covering the second area(s).
