Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a utensil capable of being easily moved by a person by arranging casters having various functions.
CONSTITUTION: Lock mechanisms restricting the turn of wheels against spindles and the rotation of the wheels are provided for casters 11a, 11c located in the positional relation on a diagonal line among casters 11a-11d at four corners of a carriage section 10, and a direct advance fixed type caster is used for the caster 11b. A turn fixed type caster capable of turning the wheel or fixing the turn against the spindle of the wheel can be used in place of the direct advance fixed caster. A caster invariably allowing the turn of the wheel against the spindle and the rotation of the wheel is used for the remaining caster 11d. A utensil easy to handle can be formed with a simple structure, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and this method is adaptable to all utensils.
