Abstract:
To provide a method and an apparatus capable of detecting uterine contraction and deciding the frequency of the uterine contraction (42), analyzing the trend of frequency data (44) and displaying the graph of the decided frequency (46) in realtime.
A well-known method for detecting uterus activity is utilized. Uterine activity data (40) is analyzed to decide the appearance and frequency of contraction. The frequency decided at a plurality of time intervals is displayed in realtime on a mother body/fetus monitor (10) over the whole delivery process.
