Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the utility tunnel management system which properly guides workers for refuge at the time of the occurrence of a disaster by always managing places where workers exist in utility tunnels and always monitoring whether a disaster occurs or not to specify the occurrence place and contents of the occurring disaster.
CONSTITUTION: Radio base stations 3, which are provided in respective areas (.i...n...) of utility tunnels 1 as an underground equipment and request the answers to portable radio machines of workers in utility tunnels to collect the discrimination numbers of these portable radio machines, and a worker position management means 4 which acquires and registers the discrimination numbers of portable radio machines 2 collected from radio base stations 3 in relation to areas to which these radio base stations 3 belong and displays which areas the workers exist in are provided.
