To enable a user on a vehicle to easily operate a utilization ticket processor while being seated and to cope with various types of vehicles by one processor in a utilization ticket processor to be handled by the user on the vehicle at the time of entering various kinds of facilities and at the time of adjusting a charge.
The utilization ticket processor is provided with a ticket processor 1 for issuing a utilization ticket of the facilities to the user on the vehicle or having the user adjust the charge by using the utilization ticket of the facilities, an elevating/lowering drive part 2 for elevating and lowering the ticket processor 1 to a device installation surface 3, and a height position input part 6 for having the user select a plurality of heights from the device installation surface 3 for the ticket processor 1, instruct an elevating and lowering position of the ticket processor 1 to the elevating/lowering drive part 2 and send driving signals. Thus, the user on the vehicle easily operates the ticket processor 1 while being seated and various types of the vehicles are coped with by one device.
