Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UV irradiation device equipped with a plurality of head parts, enabling ON/OFF control from externally connected equipment.
SOLUTION: This UV irradiation device is for irradiating UV-rays capable of curing a UV-curable resin, and equipped with a plurality of head parts 120 provided with one or more UV sources capable of irradiating UV-rays, a plurality of head part connection parts 160 capable of connecting with each of the plurality of head parts 120, a controller part 110 provided with a control part 114 for controlling ON/OFF of the UV sources of the head parts 120 and a power source part 112 for supplying driving current to the UV sources controlled by the control part 114 through the head part connecting parts 160, and a cable part 130 provided with an electric signal line for electrically connecting the head part 120 with the controller part 110. The controller part 110 is further provided with a terminal block board with a terminal block connected with external control equipment and enabling to operate ON/OFF of the UV irradiation device by the externally connected equipment.
