Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make a movable sheave possible to be air-cooled in an efficient manner, by separating a hydraulic chamber from the movable sheave. CONSTITUTION:A driving side pulley 1 and a driven side pulley 20 both are installed in the outside of a transmission case 51, and each of hydraulic devices 6 and 24 for making at least either of movable sheaves 4 and 23 of the driving side pulley 1 of the driven side pulley 20 more in the axial direction is installed inside the transmission case 51. With this constitution, these movable sheaves 4 and 23 are simplifiable in terms of structure, and these movable sheaves 4 and 23 are made possible to be effectively air-cooled. In addition, in case oil leaks out of each outer circumferential part of these hydraulic devices 6 and 24, this leaked oil never sticks to a V-belt 50 whereby no transmission torque drops.
