To provide a V-ribbed belt to be used in an accessory driving belt transmission device for an automobile having a great rotating fluctuation while producing less stick slip abnormal sounds even under lower loading tension after the automobile travels for a long period.
The V-ribbed belt B comprises a plurality of V-ribs 13 each formed extending to a belt longitudinal direction and arranged side by side inside a belt in a belt cross direction. It is wrapped around a pulley in contact with the plurality of V-ribs 13 to transmit power. The plurality of V-ribs 13 are each formed of a rubber composition consisting of a 5-50 mass pts thermoplastic resin 15 having a melting point of 110°C or higher mixed in a 100 mass pts ethylene-α-olefin elastomer rubber as a material rubber.
