Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a lubricating mechanism for lubricating each valve system in an OHC system V-type two cylinder engine.
SOLUTION: Two cylinder blocks 51R provided with a cylinder head 54 is disposed in a V-shape on a crank case 11, a valve system 70 having each cam shaft 71 is attached to each cylinder head so as to constitute an OCH system V-type two cylinder engine. A power transmitting mechanism is formed in such a constitution that two driving pulleys 81L, 81R are formed integratedly in a crank case so that they may come closer to each other, and are attached to a crank shaft. Each driven pulley 82R is individually attached to each cam shaft, two belts 83L, 83R which are disposed independently each other are hooked around two driving pulleys and two driven pulleys, and lubricating oil J in the crank case is led to the valve system by those belts.
