Abstract:
To provide a method for inducing immune response by a non-invasive mode.
By topically applying a genetic vector encoding an interested transgene to skin, the vector is made in contact with the skin of an animal requiring treatment. As the examples of the gene vectors, adenovirus recombinants, a DNA/adenovirus complexes, DNA/liposome complexes or any other vector capable of expressing the transgene can be cited.
