PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaccine pharmaceutical composition for transdermal administration which is safety, is useful as the preventive or therapeutic agent of cancer or infection, and can induce a systemic immune response safely and effectively.SOLUTION: The invention provides a vaccine pharmaceutical composition for transdermal administration which is administered to the skin of a human or an animal comprising, as an immunostimulant, at least one specific lipopolysaccharide derived from Gram negative bacterium or a salt thereof, and at least one antigen, wherein the mass ratio of the above immunostimulant and the antigen (the total mass of the immunostimulant/the total mass of the antigen) is 0.002-500.SELECTED DRAWING: None
