Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vaccines directed to langerhans cells.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a vaccine comprising an isolated anti-Langerin antibody or a binding fragment thereof, and one or more antigenic peptides in the carboxy terminus of the anti-Langerin antibody, wherein when two or more antigens are present, the antigens are separated by one or more linker peptides that comprise at least one glycosylation site. In the vaccine, an antibody binding fragment is selected from Fv fragment, Fab fragment, Fab' fragment, F(ab')2 fragment, Fc fragment, or ScFv fragment. In the vaccine, the antibody comprises one or more complementarity determining regions selected from a specific sequences, such as ASISCRSSQSLVHSNGNTYLHWYLQKPGQSPKLLIYKVSNRFSGVPDRFSGSGSGTNFTLKISRVEAEDLGLYFCS, or the direct equivalent thereof.
