Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently convey or move an article by instantly adsorbing or releasing the article to an adsorbing pad via the action of a pad control valve.
CONSTITUTION: The vacuum source 3 side of a pad control valve 11 is invariably set to the negative pressure, when an operating solenoid valve 2 is operated, the pad control valve 11 immediately responds, and an adsorbing pad 1 connected to it is immediately switched to the negative pressure or the normal pressure. An article 7 is quickly adsorbed or released, and an action delay rarely occurs.
