To provide a vacuum breaker with an electrode of high fusion resistance and cutoff performance, and a vacuum bulb and electrode thereof to use for it.
This vacuum breaker has an arc electrode 1 whose fixing side electrode and moving side electrode comprise an alloy of fire proof metal particles and a high conductive metal; an electrode supporting part 2 of high conductive metal which supports the arc-electrode 1; a back conductor 39 thinner than the electrode supporting part 2; and an external conductor connecting part 33 thicker than the back conductor 39. The arc electrode 1 and the electrode supporting part 2, the back conductor 39, and the external conductor connecting part 33 are formed integrally with a high conductive metal or preferably melting of the metal, and the oxygen quantity of the arc electrode 1 is 400 to 5000 ppm.
