Abstract:
To perform high-precision measurement, by restraining impact of electromagnetic waves on the voltage division part of a vacuum capacitor type potential transformer.SOLUTION: A vacuum capacitor type potential transformer 1 comprises a vacuum capacitor 2 constituting a main capacitor, and a voltage divider capacitor 3. A high voltage part 6 or a ground part 7 is brazed to each end of an insulation cylinder 9, the ground part 7 or a voltage divider part 8 is brazed to each end of an insulation cylinder 10 provided in the insulation cylinder 9, thus bringing about vacuum state in the insulation cylinder 9. A cylindrical high voltage electrode 6b is provided on the inside of the insulation cylinder 9 of a high voltage terminal 6a. A cylindrical ground electrode 7b is provided on the inside of the insulation cylinder 9 of a ground terminal 7a. In a state not in contact with the high voltage electrode 6b, the tip of the ground electrode 7b is extended into the high voltage electrode 6b. An insulation cylinder 10 is provided at the end of the ground electrode 7b, and supports a voltage divider electrode 8a via the insulation cylinder 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
