Abstract:
To provide a vacuum casting device which, in vacuum casting molding where the inside of an injection sleeve and the inside of a cavity are vacuum-sucked, can check the leakage of a molten metal and the inflow of outer air with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: In a vacuum casting device where, from a vacuum suction passage provided at an injection sleeve, the inside of the injection sleeve and a mold cavity are vacuum-sucked, and a molten metal in the injection sleeve is injection-poured into the mold cavity by the progression operation of a plunger operating forward and backward in the injection sleeve, the plunger comprises: a molten metal seal part checking the leakage of the molten metal; and a vacuum seal part checking the inflow of outer air into the injection sleeve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
