Second jointing end faces 6 of the first jointing end face 5 outer face side on a chamber inner face side are formed with a step at jointing end parts of plural aluminum or aluminum alloy metal members 1 and 2. The end faces 5 are abutted for forming a concave part 7, and are jointed by friction solid phase jointing for forming a solid phase jointing part 8. The concave part 7 is jointed by fusion jointing such as MIG for forming a fused jointing part 9. The length of the solid phase jointing part 8 is 3-15 mm.
