This chucking nozzle 6 for electronic parts is mounted to a transfer head for picking up electronic parts enclosed in an electronic parts supply part, to transfer them to a substrate. A suction face 6d provided with a suction hole 6e for chucking an electronic part is formed at the lower end face of a shaft body 6c of rectangular cross section provided at the lower end of the chucking nozzle 6, and the suction face 6d is formed into such a shape that four angular parts of the shaft body 6c are eliminated. With this constitution, even in the case of the electronic part being dislocated in a rotating direction with respect to the suction face 6d, the projection of the suction face 6d from the electronic part can be reduced to prevent interference with adjacent mounted parts when mounting.
